First of all, welcome back seniors! It’s been quite some time, since we’ve posted. We’ve pasted Happy New Year, Valentine’s Day, and St. Patty’s Day. So, let’s head into springtime by getting motivated once again!
Here are some encouraging ideas. You know food for thought type of things, so to speak that is…
- Manageable goals: Try a simple goal such as doing ten stretches, completing a small craft, sewing a torn sweater, etc.
- Technology: Social networking, especially Facebook, provides regular opportunities to connect with family and friends. It’s a great way to keep relationships strong because you can use video, quick voice messages, and follow each other’s posts.
- Self identify: Take a moment, to be surrounded with positive memories. Things such as photos, postcards, posters, music, movies, honors, and much more…
- Usefulness: Maybe provide an opinion and give advice on important life matters like marriage, finances, or health.
We hope these inspiring tips help you get motivated once more! However, if you happen to need some extra convincing, then please feel free to join our senior community on Facebook to connect and communicate with other seniors. It’s a great way to make friends!
Now, on a final note, we like to take this opportunity to remind you about our Senior Trade Shows Expos! Plus, there you’ll see our theme for all our 2023 expos is Mardi Gras!
